The first two persons served in the WP-Board Copyright matters have settled.

The first was Dennis Beard in Texas. The settlement was for $20,000.00 to be paid to me, two other photographers and a charity (my idea).

The second settlment is for the same amount. Two changes -- That his name not be used any further in public, and that he pays the total over time in monthly payments.
